     Epi-Lab.com carries out commercial and research activity in the field of III-V and IV-IV semiconductor epitaxy. The company three Metal Organic Chemical Vapour Deposition (MOCVD) and SiC chemical vapour deposition facilities enable Epi-Lab.com to produce and supply all sorts of GaAs-, InP-, GaN- and SiC- related epitaxial stacks for test and device purposes - from single layer templates to VCSELs, ELOG or QDs structures with top quality possible for MOCVD. Epi-Lab.com goal is to ensure that its customers have a competitive edge – by offering quality combined with most cost-effective products. Both basic and advanced characterisation methods such as optical, x-ray, microscope, particle scattering and electrical are used daily. Epi-Lab.com has been formed within Institute of Electronic Materials Technology and combines tradition and experience in hi-tech science, research and industry. The company focuses on both development of low volume advanced research structures and routine commercial performance. It is also open for long-term research programs.
